Muthi Kabab
Ingredients
- Gram flour 3 tbsp
- Mince 250 gm
- Coriander leaves as required
- Green chilies 2 – 3
- Mint leaves as required
- Onion 1
- Tomato 1 medium
- Salt to taste
- Cumin seeds ½ tsp
- Chaat masala ½ tsp
- Egg 1
- Crushed red pepper ½ tsp
- Pomegranate seeds ½ tsp
- Oil for fry
Method
- In a bowl mix together 250 gm mince, 1 chopped onion, coriander leaves, 2 – 3 chopped green chilies, 1 chopped tomato, mint leaves as required, salt to taste, ½ tsp chaat masala, ½ tsp crushed red pepper, ½ tsp pomegranate seeds, 1 egg and 3 tbsp gram flour. Mix well.
- Take a little mince mixture in your hand, press well. Then deep fry till golden brown.Remove on a platter and serve with any dip.
