Muthi Kabab


Ingredients
  • Gram flour 3 tbsp
  • Mince 250 gm
  • Coriander leaves as required
  • Green chilies 2 – 3
  • Mint leaves as required
  • Onion 1
  • Tomato 1 medium
  • Salt to taste
  • Cumin seeds ½ tsp
  • Chaat masala ½ tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Crushed red pepper ½ tsp
  • Pomegranate seeds ½ tsp
  • Oil for fry
Method
  • In a bowl mix together 250 gm mince, 1 chopped onion, coriander leaves, 2 – 3 chopped green chilies, 1 chopped tomato, mint leaves as required, salt to taste, ½ tsp chaat masala, ½ tsp crushed red pepper, ½ tsp pomegranate seeds, 1 egg and 3 tbsp gram flour. Mix well. 
  • Take a little mince mixture in your hand, press well. Then deep fry till golden brown.Remove on a platter and serve with any dip.
