Chocolate fantasy
Ingredients for Swiss roll
- Eggs 4
- Caster sugar 4 ounce
- Flour 3 ounce
- Coco powder 1 ounce
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Method for Swiss roll
- Sieve together flour and coco powder, beat eggs with caster sugar till light and fluffy, add essence, very gently fold in the flour and coco mixture, spread mixture in a well greased and paper lined Swiss roll tray, bake on 200 degree C for 10 minutes, remove and immediately spread on napkin and roll, keep aside.
Ingredients for filling
- Tetra pack cream whipped 400 gm
- Pineapple cubes 1 cup
- Chocolate chips 3 tbsp
- Grated chocolate ½ cup
Method
- On your Swiss roll spread cream, top with pineapple cubes and chocolate chips, roll gently and keep in a serving platter, melt chocolate, mix with remaining cream, pour over Swiss roll to cover completely, chill for 1 hour, before serving, top with grated chocolate, serve chilled.
