Batata cheese wada


Ingredients
  • Boiled and mashed potatoes ½ kg
  • Fresh grated coconut ½ cup
  • Sweet corn ½ cup
  • Cheddar cheese 3 tbsp grated
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves ½ cup
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Onion 1 chopped
Ingredients for baghar
  • White cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds ½ tsp
  • Oil ¼ tsp
  • Curry leaves finely chopped 15 to 20
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
Ingredients for batter
  • Gram flour 1 cup
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Chili powder ½ tsp
  • Soda by carb ¼ tsp
  • Water as required
Method
  • Boil potatoes and mash add to it chopped coriander leaves green chilies, onion, grated coconut, sweet corn, salt, cheddar cheese and lemon juice, mix all well, heat oil add curry leaves all the seeds, turmeric, immediately add to the potato mixture, mix all well make into balls and keep aside. Make batter with all the given ingredients, dip batata wada in this batter, deep fry until golden brown.
